Missions Trip

This year from June 24-30th we will be traveling to Mazatlan, Mexico to serve at 3 orphanages in the area alongside of Back 2 Back Ministries.
For more information, please contact the ministry leader, Jeff Wolff

If you are attending the trip

  • orphanage locations: are all within Mazatlan proper
  • final flight payment date: 30 to 40 days from departure
  • number of children in each orphanage: there are 3 orphanages and one home for kids who have “graduated” into a house B2B runs for older kids.  Hope (older kids) 11, All girls home: 10 to 11, special needs home: 15, and Salvation Army orphanage (traditional) 25 kids.

We do have a reservation for 10 spots.  As soon as you are able to determine your status, please let me know.  I will ask that you put a deposit of at least $50 down to hold your spot.  Remember, there is an addition $195 due by Feb. 24.  Make checks out to SDPC and in the memo section write: Mazatlan.

I will have letters of support ready to hand out on Sunday.  It only makes sense to send these out if you know for sure you’re going.  So, please have a deposit check of $50.00 if you intend on sending out support letters.

Here is the website that will answer most of your questions about the way B2B will operate.

If you do not have a passport, please work on this right away.  It takes 4 to 6 weeks.  If your passport is due to expire within 6 months of travel, you must get another one.  B2B recommends a 12-month window just to play it safe.

The orphan care ministry trip attends to the needs of the Westfalia Orphanage in Cieneguilla Peru. Hosting anywhere between 60-100 children, our group seeks to aid the workers in caring for the children by helping to provide security, clean water and maintenance of the facilities.
